lease. The Mold Inspection includes
a visual inspection and physical
testing.
VISUAL
INSPECTION:
Our
experts will inspect the home
or commercial building for visible
signs of fungus, mold, water
staining or moisture intrusion.
We will inspect all visible
surfaces in the home or building
to include attic spaces and
crawlspaces. We will inspect
the Heating, Ventilation and
Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems
for signs of leaks or water
buildup that can lead to mold
growth. Additional items
may be visually inspected including,
but not limited to, openings,
cracks, leaks on the exterior,
proper pipe insulation, moisture
barriers and site drainage.
LOCATING
PROBLEM SOURCE:
Our
experts will try to locate all
problem sources and water intrusion
that is causing mold or other
problem.
 MOLD
TESTING:
Our
experts will use State-of-the-art
testing methods to determine
if any hazard or potential hazard
is present. We use our own extensive
database for as a baseline reference
in determining potential problems.
We use Air-O -Cell air test
and bulk samples. We do not
use petridish or other test
methods since they do not accurately
represent what is present during
the test.
RECOMMENDATIONS:
Our
experts will make suggestions
on what to do and where the
problem is located. Most other
consultants do not provide this
service.
COST
ESTIMATE:
Our
experts will provide a reliable
cost estimate for Mold Abatement
and repair work. Since we can
perform cleanup and repair in-house
we can provide estimate on site
if needed.
